Use it anywhere that accepts MasterCard and at any of our ATMs in Decatur, Champaign and Springfield.  HPB is also a member of The MoneyPass® network (MoneyPass ATM locator), which offers over 20,000 surcharge-free ATMs for our customers to utilize.
